About Our Company
Madeline’s Meticulous is a cleaning company servicing the Greater Phoenix Metro area. We have been in business for over 17 years, 9 of which have been in Arizona. The business began and operated in Salt Lake City, Utah by Madeline prior to relocating to Arizona in the fall off 2000. The business originated with private homes and various businesses. However, upon arrival in Arizona, in addition to private and corporate homes, Madeline’s expanded to the multihousing market that includes condo conversions, new construction and retail. We are a local, family-owned and operated business, licensed, fully insured and a member of the Arizona Multihousing Association and the Arizona Small Business Association.
We currently provide services to numerous apartment owners and operators that include Equity Residential, MEB, PB Bell, Pillar Communities, Greystar, ConAm, Guardian, Mark Taylor, United Dominion, and AIMCO to name a few, as well as numerous private self-managed communities. We currently service 100+ communities in addition to retail, HOAs and private residences.
We provide dependable, reliable, thorough and efficient service to our clients. We are accommodating and guarantee our work – no questions asked. We provide turnover cleaning, common area cleaning, window washing, retail, commercial, private residential cleaning, HOA and home management/concierge services. We are a hands-on business and have several supervisors in the field to work with our teams. Our business is a part of our family and we are committed to excellence in the day-to-day operations, quality control and accounting and your satisfaction.
