Madeline’s Meticulous began with Madeline Costanzo, whose passion for cleanliness and dedication to exceptional service laid the foundation for our company.

After budget cuts led to the elimination of her dream job at The American Red Cross, Madeline channeled her zest for life and people into starting her own cleaning business in Salt Lake City in 1992. Her commitment to meticulous cleaning and customer satisfaction quickly earned her a loyal clientele.

In 2000, Madeline relocated to Scottsdale, Arizona, where she expanded into the multifamily housing market, new construction, and condo conversions. Her sudden passing in January 2007 was a profound loss, but her legacy lives on through her children, who continue to uphold the high standards she set.
