Nicole joined Madeline’s Meticulous in 2008, starting in the field with hands-on cleaning and staff training. With a background in luxury client services, she now manages day-to-day business operations including team oversight, accounting, and payroll. Nicole plays a central role in running the company and steps in to support wherever needed, ensuring smooth coordination across all departments and functions.
